How ordering works

  1. Top up your balance

    Pick a coin and send the exact amount shown. The rate is fixed while the payment window is open. Once it confirms, the money is on your balance.

  2. Order a server

    Select a location, a size and a billing period; longer periods cost less per month. The price is taken from your balance.

  3. Receive your server

    We set up the server and its IP address and root password appear in your dashboard. Renewals are charged from the balance automatically.
